We will again be present at the Birdfair 2009 (Rutland Water). As usual we will be in attendance on the Andalucia stand. It is exciting for us to once again be attending the largest and best bird fair in the world. We are really looking forward to seeing many of our old friends, plus of course making new ones and hope you can make it to Rutland (Marquee 4, Stand numbers 8/9/10 August 20th, 21st and 22nd). If you need information on any aspect of the Society then Peter Jones will be there to field any questions or queries. If you want bring along any items for our Moroccan appeal, such as old binoculars, telescopes, paper and pens, pencils, clothes or just give a dononation then your generosity will be very much appreciated. You can even join the Society at the same time!!

Thank you Derek and yes please. There are one or two others who will also be bringing bins and some other items, so thank you for thinking about the project.

For any kind soul who wants to make a donation of items to the project for kids in Morocco please see this thread:
http://www.andaluciabirdsociety.org/forum/index.php/topic,162.0.html

I forgot to also ask Is anyone else going to the Birdfair?

Great to see you and catch-up on local news at the Birdfair. So very good to hear you received binoculars and a telescope for the kids in Morocco. How many pairs of bins do you eventually have to carry back to Spain?

Likewise Derek, good to have had time to discuss a few things. It was amazingly touching, I received 7 pairs of binoculars and a telescope all donated for our programme with the kids in Morocco. Thanks to everyone it was such a heartening experience.
