Ruppell's Vulture   Gyps rueppellii   Buitre Moteado
Cádiz: On 13/08/2016 and 14/08/2016 two birds were seen at Algarrobo, Algeciras, Cádiz by Andrés de la Cruz of Fundación MIGRES.

Long-legged Buzzard    Buteo rufinus   Ratonero Moro
Cádiz: On 13/08/2016 and 14/08/2016 a bird was seen from Algarrobo, Algeciras, Cádiz by Andrés de la Cruz of Fundación MIGRES). Perhaps the same bird was seen at Tarifa, Cádiz, on 17/08/2016 by Eduardo José Rodríguez Rodríguez @ observado.org.

Red-necked Phalarope   Phalaropus lobatus   Falaropo Picofino
Cádiz: On 30/08/2016 a bird was seen at Salinas de Bonanza, Cádiz by Alan Gilbertson.

Elegant Tern   Sterna elegans   Charrán Elegante
Cádiz: The adult and the juvenile that have bred in Valencia, were seen in the Cádiz bay on 02/082016 by Rafael García Costales @ Birding the Strait blog. See Rafa García Costales's photograph at http://www.rarebirdspain.net/irbsw576.jpg. They remained there until 16/08/2016. On 17/08/2016 there were four more individuals seen in the Cádiz bay by Rafael García Costales.

Cádiz: A bird was seen at Tarifa on 16/08/2016 by Pablo Barrena. His photograph of this bird can be seen at http://www.rarebirdspain.net/irbsw567.jpg.

Common Bulbul   Pycnonotus barbatus   Bulbul Naranjero
Cádiz: Two were reported singing at Tarifa, Cádiz, on 17/08/2016 by Eduardo José Rodríguez Rodríguez @ observado.org). One bird was also seen on 30/08/2016 by Álex Alamán, Jana Marco.

David's comment - This bird is normally resident in Australia. Therefore, the most likely explanation for this sighting is that it was of a bird that had escaped captivity.
